Its here. Panasonics new Action Cam named HX-A500. The first «Wearable-Camcorder 4K with 25fps».
The Camera consists of two parts and is flexible in wearing for example nearby the glasses or at the shoulder. Its equipped with WiFi and NFC which provides streaming directly via smartphone in the internet.
